Yes, we know that teens go to bed late and wake up late.
But what about Air India pilots? Did they sleep while in flight and miss the landing as the newspaper reports say?
Research shows that the average hours of sleep in the 21st century has come down to 6.9 hours from around 9 hours in the 1900s.
Has technology contributed to these late nights? Perhaps!
How many restless souls browse the net at unearthly hours? how many watch a game of cricket played at the other end of their world when one should be blissfully sleeping? and how many depressed and sleep-deprived people who can't wait for the next day to be stressed even further contribute to this statistics?

yup..i totally agree with you....i guess our fast paced life has left a little time for us to sleep altho it is of utmost important for body. neglecting your body will give you pleasure now but will definitely be harmful in the long run
